It is one of the most downloaded and used music-streaming app in the world. You can listen to different artist and their hit songs even if it's from a time where music-streaming apps didn't exist. Spotify also makes playlists for streamers based on their listening activity and today's viral and chart-topping songs. It gives streamers/listeners the ability to download songs and make playlists that can be shared in public, with specific people, or in private.

The Canadian singer and songwriter known as the artist behind the hit-song "Baby" and other hit songs of his, had broken an all-time record of being the most-listened artist of all time with having 83.3 million monthly listeners on the platform.
2. The Weeknd
Another Canadian artist on the list, the singer-songwriter behind the major hit songs such as "Can't Feel My Face", "Blinding Lights", and etc. has accumulated 74.53 million monthly listeners on the platform.
3. Ed Sheeran
The English singer-songwriter behind the worldwide hit "Thinking Out Loud", "Perfect", and along with other hit songs either sang or not sang but written by artist has accumulated 72.41 million monthly listeners on the platform.
4. Drake
Another Canadian artist on the list, the multi-awarded rapper and songwriter had always been active in the music industry since the early 2000's. He had a lot of major hit songs like God's Plan, Hotline Bling, and etc. The rapper has accumulated 63.3 million monthly listeners on the platform.
5. Eminem
The recently active again rapper, songwriter, and record producer, who was behind hit songs "Rap God", "Venom", and etc. is last on this list with having 47.37 million monthly listeners on the platform.
